Frequently asked questions

Why do we mainly focus on vintage guitars?

We like guitars of all ages and get genuinely excited by new designs and modern technology. But most music stores focus almost entirely on new guitars, driven by the need for brands to keep selling new inventory. We believe there’s a huge, overlooked world of incredible guitars already out there—and that vintage instruments deserve more care, attention, and respect. These guitars were built to last, and we see our work as helping keep them in players’ hands.

Do we buy and trade guitars?

Yes—we buy and trade guitars. Lots of them.
If you’re thinking about selling or trading, send us: * 8–10 clear photos (in good light) * Everything you know about the guitar * The best way to reach you We research current market values together and typically offer 70–80% of realistic retail value, depending on condition and demand.

What is the return policy?

We accept returns within 5 days of purchase, provided the guitar is returned in the same original condition.
If there’s an error in our description, we’ll always make it right. Otherwise, we offer a buyback at 80% of the original purchase price.

Do we repair or set up the guitars we sell?

Yes—every instrument we sell is inspected, cleaned, and set up as needed.
If it’s on our wall, it means one of us has: * Cleaned it * Restrung it * Set the action and intonation * Played it We don’t sell anything we wouldn’t enjoy playing ourselves.

Do we guarantee authenticity?

Yes. Every instrument is vetted based on serial numbers, construction details, components, and decades of experience. If we’re unsure, we say so.
